Stephen CREMIN is the publisher of Film Business Asia, a movie trade publication that he co-founded in 2010. He has been working in the business for more than 20 years, directing the London Pan-Asian Film Festival in 1998, the same year he distributed Iwai Shunji's April Story and published a two-volume reference book about Japanese cinema. He continues to work for film festivals, and is currently a senior programmer of the New York Asian Film Festival and consulting for Far East Film Festival in Udine, Italy. He is based in Beijing.

Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival, Deputy Director, SPAIN His career has always been related to the film industry. First in distribution, working for companies such as Virgin and Gorgon Video, and afterwards in festivals, film production and distribution. Mike HOSTENCH combines nowadays his position as Deputy Director of the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival’ of Catalonia, with writing and producing films (mostly genre), in joint ventures with different companies from around the world. His last film as executive producer is Can Evrenol’s Baskin, one of the most eagerly awaited horror films of 2015. His most recent projects are the Oribuanime, a Japanese and Korean animation distribution operation for the US and Canada, and the Phonetastic Sitges Mobile Film Festival, an international festival for short-films shot and post-produced with mobile devices, and several other projects designed to internationalize Sitges Festival. Mike HOSTENCH is also co-producer of Hollybrut a mash-up program for Paramount Channel. Mike HOSTENCH has written four books on Asian and horror films, and contributes to movie magazines and web sites. He is also the scriptwriter of long features such as Beneath Still Waters (2004) and Asmodexia (2014). HOSTENCH speaks English, Catalan and Spanish, and it is struggling to pass Level 4 out of 9 of his Korean studies.

Bianca BALBUENA is a film producer who graduated from the University of the Philippines, Film and Audiovisual Communication with honors. She is the Co-writer and Associate Director of Clash, which won Best Film in the Orrizonti Category and Lion of the Future Award during the Venice Film Festival 2009. She produced a Lav Diaz short film entitled Prologue The Great Desaparecido which went to San Sebastian, New York, Busan, and Rotterdam. She is currently producing the feature film version of the short and a Hubert Bals Fund Grantee entitled A Lullaby for the Sorrowful Mystery. Recently, she has produced Pepe DIOKNO’s Above The Clouds which premiered at the Tokyo IFF and competed at the Singapore IFF together with her documentary, The Undertaker by director Andrea CAPRANICO which will be competing in Madrid and Manchester this July. She has also produced Antoinette J ADAONE’s That Thing Called Tadhana which became the highest grossing independent film in the Philippines box office history. Her aim as a Producer is to tell stories and make films that will outlive her.

Jean Noh is Deputy Asia Editor & Korea Correspondent at Screen International and Screendaily.com. She’s been with the UK-based global film trade magazine since 2005.
She started working in the film industry in 1998 at sales agency Mirovision, worked at BIFF’s co-production market PPP (now APM), was a manager in the Korean Film Council’s International Promotion Dept., and a global projects development producer at CJ Entertainment.
Noh has also written for Cahiers du Cinema, written and edited for Cine21 and Korean Cinema Today, and spoken on BBC radio and other broadcasts. She won the Korean Film Reporters’ Association Award in 2012 and was a Nominations Advisor to the Asian Film Awards in 2012 to 2014. She has also translated around 30 Korean films into English including Park Chan-wook’s Sympathy for Lady Vengeance and Kim Jee-woon's A Bittersweet Life.

Recent projects include the 86th Academy Awards (Trans media Producer) and the independent film Lone Hunter, which premiered at the Los Angeles Asia Pacific Film Festival and was selected for the Short Film Corner at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.  John is a veteran of the FOX Broadcasting Company, International Creative Management (ICM), and Castle Rock Entertainment. He serves as Vice President, New Media for the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and sits on the Executive Committee of the Producers Peer Group of the Television Academy. John is a Graduate of the AFI Conservatory and lives in Los Angeles.

Annick MAHNERT studied film production at the ‘NYFA’ and worked as a production assistant at Roger CORMAN’s Concorde‐New Horizons. Back in Switzerland, she went on to work in distribution and programming at 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros., Pathé Cinémas and Frenetic Films. She also worked at Maximage Film production as a production assistant, working on feature films and documentaries. Early 2012 she moved to Paris to join the renowned sales agency Celluloid Dreams, handling sales and acquisitions. Since 2013, she is working as a freelance acquisitions consultant and festival programmer and was hired in November 2013 as Foreign Representative for the Market & Festivals department at Swiss Films, the promotion agency for Swiss filmmaking. She is also, since 2011, a member of the film board at the Swiss Federal Office of Culture. MAHNERT is currently working on the production of Alexandre O. Philippe’s 78/52, a documentary about the iconic shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho and on Dearest Sister, Mattie Do’s sophomore film shot in Laos last Spring, now in postproduction.

Mr. Kang started off as a TV producer at KBS(1985) and SBS afterwards. In 2007, He became the executive director in charge of media contents at KT/Media Division. Then he went on to work as the CEO of Sidus FNH in 2011 and he was the executive director at KT Media Hub in the following year. Currently, he is the executive director in charge of media contents at KT.

His 2004 blockbuster Silmido, based on the true story of a team of South Korean commandos trained to assassinate the North Korean President, blew away with all records with 11 million box office tickets sold, representing one-quarter of the South Korean population. In 2004, Mr. KIM was awarded the Daejong Award for Best Executive Producer, the Korean equivalent of Oscar.
A member of Korea/Japan Culture Exchange Committee and an International advisor to the Hong Kong Asian Financing Forum (HAF), KIM has also been an advocate of intra-Asian co-productions. A regular speaker at various International Film & Contents industry forums, he sells Korean contents as cool and the most vibrant industry in Asia.

Stu LEVY is an international entrepreneur, producer, director and writer across mediums including graphic novels, film, television and new media. Founder of the pioneering media company TOKYOPOP, LEVY is known for establishing the manga market in North America. LEVY wrote two critically acclaimed graphic novels, ¡ºPrincess Ai¡» and ¡ºJuror 13¡», and served as Executive Producer for the English Language versions of anime smash hits, such as Initial D, GTO, and Rave Master. His first major studio feature film as Executive Producer was Priest, released theatrically worldwide in 2011 through Sony Pictures. He has directed 2 feature films, Pray for Japan and Van Von Hunter, and the 8-episode docu-reality series America’s Greatest Otaku. He is currently prepping his next directorial work, sci-fi action film The Afters. Fluent in Japanese and a licensed California attorney, LEVY also serves as chair of the Producers Guild of America’s International Committee and Producers Showcase.

John DIETZ is a respected visual effects supervisor, producer and executive level manager. He has led teams in the USA, Australia, and China on movies that range from studio blockbusters to
micro budget independents. John has worked in Beijing since 2012 and has creatively produced, supervised or consulted on projects such Jiang Wen's Gone With The Bullets, Sun Zhou's Impossible, Deng Chao's Break up Guru, John Woo's The Crossing, Xu Zheng's Lost In Hong Kong, Renny Harlin's Skiptrace, and the People's Car Project that won the Cannes Gold Lion in advertising. John is now onto his 13th feature film in mainland China. John began his career with Oscar winning studio Rhythm & Hues in Los Angeles, rising from lighting artist to CG Supervisor on films such as Babe, Mouse Hunt, Green Mile and Hollow Man. John later joined Rising Sun Pictures, where he became the Senior VFX Supervisor, as well as time spent in the roles of Head of Production and VFX Producer on The Harry Potter Series, Charlotte's Web, Where The Wild Things Are, Terminator 4, 28 Weeks Later, Hunger Games, Wolverine and many more.

KIM Wook was born in South Korea. He moved to Japan and studied computer graphics there, remaining in that country to begin his career in post-production and visual effects. In 2000, a newly formed Korean visual effects house recruited Wook, and he returned to his native country to begin a career in films and television programs. He has been working in the industry since, always seeking new challenges with each new project.

NG Khoon Chuan received the Best Animation Show Award at the Taiwan Golden Bell Awards for the sci-fi animation TV movie LaMB as producer. Commissioned by Animax, Sony Pictures, LaMB was also Singapore’s first multi-platform project that spanned mobile phone games, graphic novels, a web series and an animation movie. It was also nominated for Best Animation at the Asian Television Awards. He also produced The Elephant And The Tree, an animation short film that won Best Animation prize at the Japan Wildlife Film Festival. NG Khoon Chuan directed a pilot of Kung Fu Dragon for Disney Shanghai which led to a successful commission of season three, for which he served as executive producer and consultant. He is currently based in Beijing working on the 100 million RMB live-action sci-fi movie Impossible as line producer.
